Our Journey
The Vision PU College was founded in 2006 with a vision to provide high-quality education that empowers students to achieve their academic and personal goals. From the very beginning, the college has focused on providing a challenging and supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
Over the years, the college has grown steadily and now has three campuses in Bangalore, providing a convenient and accessible location for students from across the city. The college has also expanded its programs and services, offering a wide range of subjects and majors that are designed to prepare students for success in college and beyond.
Our alumni have pursued higher education and received degrees from top universities. Over 3,000+ of our alumni have graduated from literally every medical college in Karnataka and have gone on to work at top hospitals across the country. Our alumni are achieving great success in their personal and professional lives and making the world a better place.

Board of Directors
Ram Manohar Reddy, Chairman
Ram Manohar Reddy is the chairman of our college. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1979 and Engineering (AMIE) degree in 1985.
After several years of working as a professional in infrastructure development, Ram Manohar co-founded Anweshana Montessori House of Children in 1991 to pursue his passion for improving the quality of education in India.
He then went on to co-found The Vision Education Group, which has grown to become a leading provider of education in Karnataka. Ram Manohar plays an active role in advising many educational institutes across the country. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the college, and is dedicated to helping our students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Ravan Boddu, Director
With over 20 years of professional experience in India, the US, and the UK, Ravan has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in improving the quality of education. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from NIT Allahabad and a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Ravan previously served as the CEO of iSoft India and co-started its R&D center in India. Under his leadership, the company grew to over 1500 professionals and was recognized with several national awards for Excellence.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Ravan enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs, spending time with children, and exploring outdoor activities. He is passionate about using his knowledge and experience to improve the quality of education and help students achieve their full potential.
Idamakanti Lakshmi Reddy, Director
Lakshmi Reddy is a co-founder of The Vision Education Group, where he uses his strong operational skills and experience to set the direction for delivering the group's strategy and oversee its execution and operations.
Lakshmi Reddy obtained his Bachelor's Degree in 1987 and has worked on numerous infrastructure development projects. Through his interactions with people from different backgrounds, he developed a strong interest in delivering education to a wider community, which led him to co-found The Vision Education Group.
In addition to his work with The Vision Education Group, Lakshmi is an active member of several cultural and social organizations that promote India's rich culture and heritage. He is passionate about using his experience and knowledge to help students achieve their full potential and make a positive impact on their communities.
